Phases One through Eight in Fall River Village are completely developed, containing 231 lots which have been sold and built upon. Lots in Phase One, Fall River Village were first made available in 1973, making 1998 our 25th anniversary. Many of the original purchasers of these lots continue to live in the subdivision, a quarter of a century later.
