Third Lake is the largest lake in Fall River Village, and the only lake on which motorized vehicles are permitted. This large, deep (maximum depth of 88') lake is perfect for swimming, waterskiing, windsailing, canoeing, fishing, etc. All residents have access to this lake through a sodded park on Foster Avenue, or an undeveloped parkland area on Winley Drive.
